Abel Drew

Developer at Magical Projects, currently studying MA Education and Technology at the London Knowledge Lab, Institute of Education. In his work he focusses on designing engaging software to enable students to explore and critique traditional texts through the creation of videogames. His favourite videogame is Snake, because „almost anyone can pick it up and play without instructions. The player drives the difficulty through interaction and as the player progresses they must learn new play styles and movement techniques to survive. The ultimate goal is to fill the screen but it’s the sub goal of a high score that keeps players returning“.
